We ship everything with one-day shipping through UPS. Your goodies will arrive on dry ice; it’s important someone is there to receive your package so everything can immediately be transferred to a freezer. (Note: if there is any dry ice left on arrival, just leave it in the box and it will go away)

Right now, we are not set up to ship to Canada. But we love our northern neighbors and you bet we’re planning this for the future. Stay tuned!

Eager… we love it! Like we said above, we ship everything using UPS, and it takes one day, door to door. Make sure you are not on vacay and can put that box in the freezer. No one likes a soggy box of mush. The super good news is that everything we ship comes with a tracking number, which we’ll email to you.

Please send an email to customer service right away with a photo of the damaged shipment! After review, a refund or replacement may be issued.

Given the highly perishable nature of our juices, all sales are considered final once the items have shipped. Orders can be canceled anytime before the items are released for shipment. Also:

• We are unable to issue refunds if the UPS courier does not deliver on time. This includes if UPS is unable to access your home or building.
• We are unable to issue refunds for discarded, stolen or warm packages due to a lack of timely refrigeration once delivered. Events like these are out of our control and our shipments are not insured. Once the order has been shipped, we send an email notification. From there, it is up to you to ensure your products are immediately moved to a freezer once delivered.
• If your order arrives but is incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can act quickly to appropriately remedy the situation. If we made a mistake with your order, we might not be able to ship missing items; we will most likely issue a partial or full refund. Please check that you have received the correct products and refrigerate them upon arrival.

Because when we say we’re serving the highest quality product, we mean it. At THORN + ROOTS, we want our customers to get all of the nutrients available – and to do that, we serve cold pressed juice. To optimize the nutritional benefits, our juice is cold pressed daily to maintain all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients. Our produce is thoroughly washed before it is juiced. Like any produce, fresh raw juice may contain harmful bacteria and may cause illness in children, the elderly, pregnant or lactating women and those with a compromised immune system.

Cold-pressed juice offers high quality, plant-based nutrition. What? No way. Yes way. Our juice contains more vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants and enzymes than juice made from traditional centrifugal juicers or juice found at your grocery store. Our cold pressed juice is raw and unpasteurized. Because it isn’t heated, cold-pressed juice has a longer refrigerated shelf life than centrifuged juice.
